I remember when I first got into teaching sports and recreation, I was eager but unsure of myself. I felt like I had a lot of knowledge to offer, but I couldn't always communicate it effectively to my students.
I would watch my students struggle with certain techniques or skills and think to myself, 'What am I doing wrong? How can I help them understand and improve?'
So I started researching different teaching methods and trying new approaches until I found what worked best... and within just a few months, I started seeing my students make incredible progress!
